Penunggu is Haizeel Hashnan (Rhythmn Guitar), Haireey Hashnan (bassist), Aerichi Setiawan (Drummer), Ary Hadzry Husin (Vocal) and Muhammad Redzwan Manan/Wan Tido (Lead Guitar). The name "Penunggu" was inspired by a Sweet Charity song with the same title; directly translated "Waiter" or more accurately indicating a haunting entity or a guardian of an area.
